Following the divestment of the Julius Baer Group Ltd., 2010 will be a transitional year for GAM Holding Ltd. with various new and potential uses for its capital, therefore no dividend payment in respect of the business year 2009 will be proposed. Going forward GAM Holding Ltd. will be targeting a dividend payout ratio in excess of 50% of net profit.
